I hate links

I hate reading blog posts that simply give a bunch of links without any narrative prose to describe why the blogger thinks you should or might be interested in that particular link. I call these mindless links. They're no different than what you get by giving a bunch of keywords to a search engine. If you think a link is useful in some way, then tell me/us why. Simply giving the link or the page title for the link or even a summary of the linked content is not enough. I'm not interested in the what of the link/content, but your subjective evaluation of the value of the content.
