Microsoft technical recruiting question: If you were a dog, what type of dog would you be?

Here's a great example of the kind of blog post that draws the reader in and almost forces them to participate in the discussion. The post by one of Microsoft's technical recruiters is entitled "If you were a dog, what type of dog would you be?". How can you not want to answer that question?
